Community Support

As Niner Nation grieved for the killed and injured students, the Charlotte community rallied around the campus. UNC Charlotte faculty and staff were flooded with messages of support and solidarity. Signs and banners went up all over the city and Uptown was lit with Forty-Niner green. From professional athletes to local business, local school children to universities across the country, the community support for our campus was remarkable and unprecedented.
